Indigenous Bartender began as an idea in the spring of 2016, while developing the beverage program for the Potato Head Group. Kamil decided to create a platform for like-minded bartenders looking to explore locally sourced ingredients and their uses with a culinary and creative approach.
To meet us in person, you can now find us at our home away from home at IB HQ, our cocktail bar which opened in September 2018. It is at IB HQ that we showcase our favourite flavour profiles through beverage concepts inspired by our travels and dining experiences. We love to play, experiment and live life to its fullest.
For everyone who has the same mindset, we hope to became a space where you can come and enjoy new flavours, aromas and much much more.
